Stencil Paint Creme could be used. I have used it on fabric a couple of times. It is oil based and takes awhile to dry. Only drawback on something like a wall hanging is that the recommendation is to wash the item before storing. I assume this is to remove any oily residue that might transfer to another part of the quilt.
The blush is probably the best idea for the bunny. For muliple items the paint would be good.
