Your quilt inspired me to finally get some of mine on the gallery or at least posted in a few places. Then my hubby came in and wanted me to go with him. So maybe I will find time this weekend. I may have some trouble as I have looked at the gallery and I don't see where you add your pictures. I will look again and try to figure it out.

I have made one of these. The girl had so many t-shirts that I made it reversable. So it had t-shirts on back and on front. I used iron on stablaizer behind the picture before I cut them out. I even used the little things on the fronts and on the sleeves for corner stones and in the border. I will see if she will send me a picture I only have photo's none on the digital camera. She loves the quilt and uses it all the time.

Wow, wow, wow, that is what I have to say about that little quilt. I love it, I wish when I see quilts like that , that I could applique. Other wise I am just as happy not doing it. I guess I should not say I don't know how I just prefere not to. Too pretty!!!!!

[file] Thank you all for the compliments. I am sorry for not having September ready but I had 2 quilting group meetings yesterday and did not get September done. Am nearly finished though. Then I will have to wait for the next issue of the magazine to come out with the last 3 blocks. You are truly a great bunch of blessings in my life.Here is a lovely wallhanging that one of our Chicks made.I think it is just beautiful.

I would like to try this sometime. I had one made out of my son's tshirts. He had so many of Jordan that I had one made for his birthday. That was probably 8=10 years ago. Is it hard? Did you have to put some kind of backing on the tshirt material to keep it from stretching?

Here is the quilt that I made for my mother for her birthday. I also made 2 small decorative pillows to go with it. When she told me that these were her favorite colors I was a little hesitant in how they would look together. I really do like it and boy is it bright.Post edited by: Momma, at: 2007/06/28 11:40

Here is another photo with the color removed. I used Microsoft Picture Manager. Go to, Edit, Color and then Saturation. Bring the saturation to the left (-100) and it will be black and white. I had surprize as to which fabrics were the same value!
A black and white copy of your fabrics will do the same thing (I read that somewhere).

Marylyn all your quilts are beautiful. The Blue Butterfly one with the scalloped edge, is enchanting.
