  Here is a simple gift bag I made. Make a bag like a pillow case. If you want, square off the corners. You can make a casing at the top for drawstring, or in this case I just sewed on ribbon tabs (left over peices) for ribbon to go through.
  
  Great thing about fabric bags is that they can be reused many times and ironed if they get too wrinkled (I should have ironed this one before I took the photo). Save a tree!
