Joyce are they in the gift shop for visitors to buy or on a cart for patients to buy? Here patients are not suppose to have much cash on them, but visitors should want to buy them for the person they are visiting. I know I would, especially hand made. If they don't sell quickly try putting a stamp on them so they are prepaid.
