I have a few placemats that I started before Christmas and didnt get past the cut out stage. I am going to sew one together tonight to take with me tomorrow. I cant hand quilt but maybe now is the perfect time for me to practice, practice, practice.
Does anyone have a preference for a hoop for hand quilting? I have some I use for hand embroidery and painting and wonder if they would work. Previous tries have just been loose work on scraps of fabric. Maybe the hoop will help me get the rocking stitch figured out.
