Marilyn no offense was taken in any way, please don't feel like it was. I was only explaining the distance.
Nov. 11 is what we used to call Armistis day here , but they have changed the name over the years. They call it Veterans Day now. I had a feeling the Poppy had some significance and it makes sense it is rememberance. We have a town close by that has Poppy fields and they have a Poppy festival in the spring.
