The appraisal lady told me to put them out (just had the one appraised). So I have it on a quilt stand on the landing at the bottom of my stairs, away from the light. And hanging so it is over the top bar and then draped over the second bar as well to take the strain from the backing, which is showing the most wear, very fragile on the back.
