Guess quite a few of us will need to find out her address. Maybe if we know who does have it we can email/pm one of those people when we are ready to send. So Pat, any particular size in mind? Or anything else we may need to know?
Oh, Fantastic idea. Hopefully in letting her know how much we care, it will give her the strength she needs to keep going.
