Hi Chris,
Thanks again,i have a walking foot.I have it on,but may not done enough basting and i did start in centre and worked outwards.I have all ready layed quilt back on floor and doing more basting to it.Going all so to do some small samples of quilting on the same fabric. The wrinkles are not on top of the quilt but on the backing fabric.So i am thinking it may be may tension.
