Was chatting with some of the gals the other night and they asked if I would post this info.... thought it would be helpful.
When more then one person is working on a project it is very hard to keep squares the same size everyone cuts and sews seams dif.... so here goes
1. Cut a piece of freezer paper to the size the block should be.
2. position the block centering it on the freezer paper by ironing onto the shiney side of the paper.
This way when you sew 1/4 seam this will help keep the seams even when you don't have a full 1/4 for the seam.
Note this needs to be done only to blocks that don't measure full size.
Sew blocks together - Then remove paper... this method should help keep your quilt square and go together with ease.
Good luck - girls hope this is of some help.
