Hi Suzy, I booted my hubby off the computer finally!
Tea bag paper folding is a form of folding tiny, 1 inch squares of special paper into patterns, then nesting the folded papers together to form medalions. It is fairly easy and there are lots of free downloadable papers and patterns online. Here is a good place to start looking at some stuff. http://dereksteabagtiles.forumsplace.com/urljump.php?url=http://mystudio3d.tripod.com/teabagfold.htm
Iris folding is really cool too. You glue strips of folded paper into a set design inside a cutout window of cardstock. Its very easy too and looks very complicated. I like that! You can see some iris folding here http://www.irisfolding.circleofcrafters.com/
